Robert Stewart

Robert Stewart began their professional career in 2001 as a Software Engineer for Lucent Technologies. Robert then moved to Betty Shabazz International Charter School in 2004 as a System Administrator. In 2005, they worked as a Qualified Computer Operator for the Chicago Board Options Exchange. From 2006 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Test Engineer for WMS Gaming. From 2012 to 2018, they worked for Scientific Games as a Principal Test Engineer, where they developed and maintained automation frameworks and test suites, created and monitored Jenkins jobs, submitted and tracked defects, put together release notes, participated in daily status meetings, and participated in the planning and execution of Functional and Load & Performance testing. In 2018, they moved to SpotHero where they have held the roles of Engineering Manager, Squad Lead, and Senior QA Analyst.

Robert Stewart has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jackson State University. Robert has also obtained six certifications from LinkedIn in 2021, including Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, Cybersecurity for Executives, Communication within Teams, Communicating with Empathy, SEO Foundations, and Software Architecture: Domain-Driven Design.
