Mladen Drajic

Mladen Drajic has extensive experience in customer support and success, currently serving as the Director of Ongoing Support at SpotHopper since March 2017. Mladen has also held positions such as Customer Success Manager and Customer Support Specialist at SpotHopper. Prior to this role, Mladen worked as a Customer Support Agent at Hyperoptic Ltd. from August 2016 to March 2017 and as a Field Service Coordinator at NCR Corporation from October 2015 to August 2016. Mladen earned a degree from the University of Belgrade between 2009 and 2014.
