Anders Håkans

Anders Håkans is a seasoned engineering and project management professional with extensive experience in agile leadership and change management, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Spotify since October 2019. Prior to Spotify, Anders held multiple roles at SPP from May 2015 to October 2019, focusing on team management and the implementation of agile methodologies. Experience also includes positions as Project Manager and Sales and Project Manager at Screen Interaction, and leadership roles at Ericsson and Sony Ericsson, where significant contributions were made to the GSMA Rich Communication Suite and innovative mobile solutions. Anders holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and an additional Master's degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, complemented by business education at IHM Business School.
