Bea Theron is currently the Experiential Marketing Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa at Spotify, where they strive to achieve the impossible. Previously, they served as the Jägermeister SA Music and Events Manager from 2016 to 2021, founding the Jägermeister Brass Cartel and managing various high-profile initiatives. From 2010 to 2016, Bea worked as the Brand Activations and Partnerships Manager at Hilltoplive / OppiKoppi, overseeing account management for multiple brands in the live music and entertainment scene. Bea also held the position of Senior Culture and Experiential Marketing Manager for Mast-Jägermeister SE for a year before joining Spotify. They are currently pursuing education at both the Red & Yellow Creative School of Business and Trinity Laban.
