Berina Heco

Berina Heco is a Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Spotify, responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts globally, with a focus on EMEA and the US. Since joining Spotify in March 2019, Berina has contributed to various internal projects to enhance candidate experience and employer branding. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner overseeing tech recruitment for EMEA and as a Recruiting Coordinator, where a transition was made from the healthcare industry to specializing in Talent Acquisition. Before Spotify, Berina worked at Frösunda Omsorg AB, first as a Human Resources Assistant supporting multiple managers and then as a Human Resources Specialist & Manager, overseeing a team and managing various HR functions. Berina holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management with a major in Labor Law from Linnaeus University.
