Carine Stoffels

Carine Stoffels is the Director of Global Tax Policy at Spotify, a position held since 2022. Previously, Carine served as the Director of Global Tax Policy at Huawei Global Finance (UK) Limited from 2017 to 2022, and as an advisor at the OECD's International Cooperation and Tax Administration division from 2010 to 2015. Carine has also gained substantial experience in legal practice as a senior associate at Shearman & Sterling in London and as an associate at both Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Linklaters De Bandt in Brussels. Carine holds a law degree from the University of Antwerp and advanced degrees in Tax Law and International and European Law from the Université libre de Bruxelles and Vrije Universiteit Brussel, respectively, as well as an international tax program certificate from Harvard Law School.
