Carl Eklund

Carl Eklund is a dedicated program manager currently responsible for launching and fostering adoption of an internal talent marketplace that supports over 7,000 users. They have a strong background in project management, product management, employer branding, and campus recruitment, having worked with notable companies like Spotify, Nasdaq, and Vattenfall. Previously, Carl co-owned an event concept during their studies and held various roles in HR and recruitment, including as the EMEA Lead for University Recruitment at Nasdaq. Carl earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Jönköping University and has additional qualifications in Employment Law and Project Management.
