David Ko

David Ko is a Senior Engineer at Spotify since April 2020, where responsibilities include building, improving, and scaling the Wrapped feature for users, as well as previously developing features for a Messaging Platform with over 600 million monthly active users. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at PPG from March 2018 to March 2020, focusing on modular UI components and APIs for a consumer-facing quoting application. David also served as a Teaching Fellow at Fullstack Academy of Code from October 2017 to February 2018, instructing students in web development and enhancing the course curriculum app. Earlier, as a Clinical Data Coordinator at Weill Cornell Medicine from July 2015 to July 2017, research contributions were published in The American Journal of Surgical Pathology. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Cornell University, earned in 2015.
