Dean Flagg

Dean Flagg currently serves as the Associate Director of Deal Fulfillment & Accounting Operations at Spotify, leading the team responsible for managing the entire deal lifecycle and financial operations for podcast and digital media production. Prior experiences include roles at Amazon Studios, where Dean built and led the Legal Operations team, successfully implementing a contract and rights management system used by over 650 users, and positions at NBCUniversal Media, where management of contract administration and training of direct reports was a focus. Dean's career also includes initial experience as a Legal Secretary at a law firm, and an educational background with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Gettysburg College.
