Enrique Perez

Enrique Perez is a Senior Producer at The Journal, where they focus on storytelling about underrepresented communities through multimedia journalism, particularly in audio. Enrique's experience includes roles at KNKX Public Radio as a Production Assistant and at Make-A-Wish Alaska and Washington as a Communications Intern. They also held positions as a Legislative Reporter for the Washington Newspaper Publishers Association and the Northwest News Network, and as a Community Journalism Fellow at KCAW Sitka - Raven Radio. With a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Washington, Enrique has a passion for exploring the intersection of real people and public policy.
