Gail H.

Gail H. is a data and analytics leader with extensive experience in various roles within the technology and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Insights/Data at Spotify since August 2022, Gail focuses on enhancing the platform and partner experience through data-driven strategies. Previously, from January 2017 to August 2022, Gail held multiple leadership positions at Trustpilot, including Director of Data Science, where responsibilities encompassed managing teams, driving self-service analytics, and implementing machine learning and AI techniques. Earlier experiences include managing data-related projects at Scottish Water, overseeing financial models at Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult, and serving as a statistical expert at NATS. Gail holds a PhD in Statistics and a BSc with 1st Class Honours in Mathematics, Statistics, and Accounting from the University of Strathclyde.
