Hilda Stenberg

Hilda Stenberg is an accomplished Engineering Manager with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving product development within the tech industry. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager for the Content Platform at Spotify since November 2025, Hilda previously held similar roles at Epidemic Sound, Kry, and SVT, where responsibilities included overseeing large teams and managing critical projects. Hilda's career began at Tele2, with diverse roles spanning application management and IT consulting. Hilda holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Uppsala University and has pursued additional training through Dale Carnegie courses.
