Jeff Davison

Jeff Davison is a seasoned UX Research & Design Anthropologist at Spotify since August 2017, bringing extensive experience in ethnography and design research from previous roles at Microsoft between 2001 and 2017. At Microsoft, Jeff held positions as an Ethnographer & Design Researcher and was involved in customer insights for MSN UK. Key areas of focus include the Internet of Things, Natural User Interfaces, and employing an ethnographic perspective to enhance design processes through storytelling and various research methodologies. Jeff's foundational experience includes carpentry and joinery, alongside a strong academic background with a degree in Anthropology and Media & Communications from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Master of Science in Applied Anthropology from the University of North Texas.
