Jillian Susi

Jillian Susi is an accomplished communications professional with a diverse background in public relations, policy, and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Policy & Corporate Communications Manager at Spotify since October 2025, Jillian has previously held significant roles such as Public Relations Manager at Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest and multiple positions at Discord, including Senior Manager of Crisis, Policy & Safety Communications. Other experiences include a consultancy role at SKDK and internships at AARP and Johnson & Johnson. Jillian's contributions have consistently involved media strategy development, public affairs consulting, and crisis communications, underpinned by a solid educational foundation from Penn State University.
