Johan Sellgren

Johan Sellgren has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Global HR Business Partner at Spotify since December 2011, where responsibilities include partnering with R&D teams, assessing workforce needs, and facilitating talent management. Previous roles at Spotify include Director of Staff for R&D and HR Business Partner for Technology, Product & Design, focusing on strategic workforce planning and people management initiatives. Prior to Spotify, Johan held roles at Thomson Reuters as HR Business Partner for the Nordic & Baltic regions, and at NCC AB as HR Specialist. Earlier career experiences include HR roles at Linklaters, Affiliated Computer Services, and as an Arctic Ranger in the Swedish Army. Johan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Mid Sweden University.
