Johnathan H. is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in machine learning and software development. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager for the ML Platform at Spotify, Johnathan leads two distributed teams focused on building and managing the ML Feature Store and Model-serving infrastructure. Previously, at Twitter, Johnathan directed a team to develop investigative and content moderation tools to support trust and safety efforts. At Capital One, Johnathan led a team in enhancing customer interaction instrumentation across digital channels and served as a technical ambassador for talent acquisition. Early career experiences include leading web development projects for the US Army at ENGILITY/SAIC and creating essential applications for military contracts at ManTech International Corporation. Johnathan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Capitol Technology University and has pursued further education in AI and machine learning.
