Liem Ta

Liem Ta is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in high-impact roles at prominent tech companies. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at Spotify since July 2019, Liem's contributions directly contribute to over $100 million in ad revenue per quarter while focusing on low latency systems and leading the implementation of Apple’s skAdNetwork endpoint. As the Owner of Handsome Habits, Liem manages the design and production of Apple accessories, handles negotiations with manufacturers, and oversees Amazon inventory. Prior experience includes engineering roles at Facebook, focusing on performance analysis and system improvements, and Fidessa, developing critical trading components in C++. Liem also interned at Yodle, where contributions significantly increased product revenue, and served as a teaching assistant at The University of Texas at Austin. Liem holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
