Lindsey Goring

Lindsey Goring is currently a Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition Operations and Coordination at Spotify, where they lead a team and are responsible for creating the Talent Acquisition Playbook. Previously, Lindsey held various roles at Spotify, including roles in Technical Recruitment and as Manager of Global Talent Acquisition Operations, managing recruitment initiatives across multiple countries. Their early career in Human Resources included a position at UNIQLO, where they oversaw campus events and onboarding processes. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dickinson College and continues their education at The University of Queensland.
