Mateusz Smółka is the Editorial Lead at Spotify, where they lead music programming and editorial efforts. With over a decade of experience in the music industry, they previously held several roles, including Music Director at RMF MAXXX and Music Programmer at RMF FM, contributing significantly to both the radio and digital music landscapes. They also served as a music consultant and blogger, managing music projects and establishing an award-winning student journalism initiative. Furthermore, Smółka has lectured in Music Journalism at Jagiellonian University and has interviewed numerous prominent artists throughout their career.
