Maya Prohovnik

Maya Prohovnik is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and management within the podcasting and technology sectors. Currently serving as VP and Head of Podcast Product at Spotify since February 2019, Maya previously held multiple key roles at Anchor, including VP of Product and was instrumental in day-to-day operations as employee #1. Maya's background includes leadership positions at betaworks, where responsibilities encompassed community development and managing portfolio relationships, as well as co-founding the product Glitter. Prior experience includes directing operations at Aviary Inc., managing client services at Davidoff of Geneva, and serving as an Executive Team Leader at Target. Maya holds a BA in Psychology and Linguistics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
