Meryl Ackerman

Meryl Ackerman, CPA, currently serves as the Manager of Tax Reporting & Compliance at Spotify since April 2021, after progressing from a Senior Analyst role in Global Tax Reporting. Prior experience includes positions at KPMG, where Meryl held the titles of Senior Tax Associate and Tax Associate from October 2017 to April 2021, alongside an internship. Meryl's early career features a finance internship at L'Oréal, where a cost-saving initiative generated significant savings, and roles at Maquet Getinge Group, Canon Business Process Services, Inc., and Cornerstone Search Group, demonstrating a strong foundation in tax, finance, compliance, and management reporting. Meryl obtained a Master’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University at Buffalo School of Management.
