Michaela Grosso

Michaela Grosso is currently the Global TA Manager at Spotify, where they have held various positions in tech recruiting since 2019. Prior to this, Michaela served as the Director of Recruitment for Teach For America from 2011 to 2013, leading a team to recruit diverse leaders for educational equity. Michaela also worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Senior TA in tech recruiting roles at Hired, Inc., showcasing their expertise in recruitment strategies and team management. They began their career as a Teach For America Corps Member at Baltimore City Public Schools from 2009 to 2011.
