Mickey Winston is an accomplished security and risk mitigation professional with over 30 years of experience in developing and managing security programs across various sectors. They currently serve as the Senior Global Business Protection Manager at Spotify, overseeing security for the Americas Region and developing a Global Workplace Violence program. Previously, Mickey held key roles at Dell as International Security Manager and at Ziff Brothers Investments as Assistant Director of Security, where they managed extensive security operations and personal protection. Mickey is also an active shooter survival instructor fluent in Spanish, with substantial international experience across EMEA, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia.
