Olivia Regnier

Olivia Regnier currently serves as the Senior Director of European Policy at Spotify, leading the EU Government Affairs office in Brussels and representing the company's interests in various areas of European policy, including copyright and data protection. Additionally, Olivia holds the position of Chair at Digital Music Europe, which advocates for the growth of European digital music services. Prior experience includes over two decades at IFPI, where Olivia was the Director of the European Office and European Regional Counsel, focusing on policies related to copyright and e-commerce. Earlier roles included Senior Legal Advisor at Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroek Kirkpatrick and an expert at the European Commission in copyright and intellectual property. Olivia Regnier holds an LL.M in European Law and Intellectual Property from Queen Mary University of London, a Licence en droit from Université catholique de Louvain, and a Candidature en droit from the University of Liège.
