Ralph Sylvain

Ralph Sylvain is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in advancing advertising technologies and user experiences. At Spotify, Ralph served as Head of Engineering for the Advertiser Experience organization, leading a team focused on enhancing the advertising buying experience and ensuring scalability across the platform. Prior to Spotify, Ralph held key roles at Sandata Technologies, where responsibilities included managing the Visit Capture organization and overseeing architectural best practices, and as a Technical Lead implementing features for multi-platform applications. Ralph also founded Illuvation LLC, contributing to web development and enhancing user interactivity. Earlier in the career, Ralph worked as a freelance Android Developer and served as a Project Lead at Microsoft. Ralph holds a B.S. in Computer Science from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
