Ryan Pears is a dedicated leader with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, as well as strategic planning, having worked for notable companies such as Spotify, Disney, HBO, and Public Media Group. Currently serving as a Manager of FP&A in Strategy and Operations at Spotify since 2022, Ryan previously led strategic and financial growth planning as a Senior Manager at Disney. Ryan has demonstrated a strong ability to manage cross-departmental efforts and enhance decision-making through effective communication and relationship-building.
