Shah Kashani is a Senior Software Engineer at Spotify, where they contribute to the Podcaster Mission, focusing on building tools for podcast creators. Previously, Shah held senior engineering roles at Tumblr, leading teams and pioneering web features, and spent time as a Senior Full-stack Engineer at Moven, where they helped raise $8 million in funding. Their career began at IBM Hursley, delivering software solutions, and they also have experience as a founder and CTO at a successful e-commerce venture. Shah holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of York.
