Suzy Lawlor is the Regional Head of Customer Success for the Americas at Spotify, a role held since 2025. Prior to this position, Lawlor held several key roles at Spotify, including Client Solutions & Success Lead and Sales Planning Regional Lead. Lawlor began their career at PHD as an Analyst and later an Assistant Analyst in Digital Investment. They also gained experience as an intern at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where they supervised a production team. Lawlor earned a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies with minors in Marketing and Anthropology from Fairfield University in 2014.
