Thea Rodenburg is an experienced operations leader with over a decade of expertise in advertising and marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Operations for Spotify's Self Serve Ad Platform, Ad Studio, Thea manages key initiatives and oversees forecasting revenue targets while leading a global operations team. Previous roles at Spotify include Head of Advertising Operations for EMEA and Regional Ad Ops Manager for Continental Europe, where Thea championed operational efficiency and revenue delivery across multiple markets. Prior to Spotify, Thea contributed to the early marketing efforts of Chug as a Marketing Manager and gained production experience at Viacom and NBC during initial career stages. Thea holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Arizona and has additional education from the University of Amsterdam.
