Tia Stratton is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical operations and support. Tia began a career in technology as a Technical Support Intern at Miva, Inc. and later served as an Applications Support Intermediate Analyst at Citi. In January 2022, Tia transitioned to Groove as a Product Support Specialist, before moving to Citi until December 2025. Currently, Tia is employed at Spotify as a Technical Operations Specialist. Tia's early experience includes roles as a Student Mentor and Peer Leader at the University of South Florida, as well as an internship in IT&S at HCA, where Tia developed foundational IT skills and assisted employees with technical issues.
