Yu-Ting Ger

Yu-Ting (Kaylee) Ger is an experienced engineer with a background in backend development and product management. Currently serving as Engineer II at Spotify, Yu-Ting has led significant content learning experiments for the Enhance feature in Liked Songs and has a track record of enhancing personalized recommendations and user engagement. Previous roles include backend engineering co-op at Spotify, software engineer co-op at Wayfair, and course assistant positions at Northeastern University, where Yu-Ting supported students in Object Oriented Design and Fundamentals of Computer Science. Yu-Ting holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University and has also contributed as a guest speaker at Yoder Bilingual Academy.
