Ziad Sultan is the VP of Personalization at Spotify. He joined Spotify in August 2019 from Google, where he had been a Product Lead for Google News. Prior to joining Google, he was the Founder of Nextly, and before that, he was an EIR for Longworth Venture Partners. Earlier he was Founder and CEO at Marginize, and before that, he was a Consultant with Boston Consulting Group and Ernst & Young. He holds both a BS and an Masters in Engineering in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT.
