Emily Thomas

Emily Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in education and customer success. Emily began their career in 2015 as a 2nd Grade Dual Language Teacher and was recognized as a First Year Teacher of the Year Nominee. Emily then worked as a Curriculum Writer and later became a Team Lead in Lewisville ISD. In 2021, they joined Rockwall ISD as a 5th Grade ELA Teacher. Emily transitioned to the corporate sector in 2022, working as a Client Success Advisor at OneDay and currently holds a position as a Customer Success Manager at SPOTIO.

Emily Thomas completed their Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Texas Woman's University, which they attended from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications, including Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in March 2022, Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in February 2022, and several instructional design certifications from LinkedIn in 2021.
