Pat Doolan

Pat Doolan has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer at Spotlight | Analyst Relations. Prior to that, Pat held the role of Director at Crown CFO, LLC where they provided fractional CFO services to small and medium-sized companies. They also served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Dean Realty Co., overseeing finance, accounting, HR/payroll, and IT functions. Pat has also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Western Extralite Company and Vice-President Finance at Swope Community Builders. In addition, they served as the Vice-President & Controller, Real Estate at AMC Theatres. Earlier in their career, Pat worked as an Audit Manager at KPMG Peat Marwick, where they managed audit engagements for both private and public companies across various industries.

Pat Doolan has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the AICPA, although the specific month and year of obtaining the certification are unknown.
