Ivan Probst

Ivan Probst is the VP Professional Services at SpotMe. Ivan has over 10 years of experience in software operations, and has been with SpotMe since 2010. Prior to that, they were the co-founder and VP Operations of NexOkO, a software company focused on mobile applications, and NexPC, a computer services company. Ivan has a strong background in scaling companies and achieving high customer satisfaction. During their time at SpotMe, they have transformed services operations to virtual conference delivery during covid19, allowing the company’s survival and business model pivot.

Ivan Probst attended London Business School as part of their Accelerated Development Program for General Management. Ivan also holds a HES Diploma in Network (Telecommunications - Network and Services) from HEIG-VD. Finally, they have a CFC + MPT Technique in Electronic from École Technique - École de Métiers Lausanne.
