Patrick White

Patrick White is a Community Planner with a diverse background in urban planning, real estate, and project permitting. They earned a BA in Business Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Technology Innovation from Virginia Tech and later pursued an M.C.P. in Community Planning at Auburn University. Patrick has held various roles, including Planner 1 for the City of Cape Coral and Redevelopment Planner for the Cape Coral Community Redevelopment Agency, where they coordinated technical assistance for redevelopment projects. Currently, they work as a Realtor and Planner at Market America Realty and Investment Group and serve as Planner III for Spotsylvania County, VA, continuing to contribute to community planning efforts.
