Mike Belikoff

As Chief Operating Officer Mike Belikoff oversees sPower’s pan-renewable operating portfolio of nearly 2 gigawatts and leads sPower’s engineering and construction teams. He has extensive experience in the solar industry, including in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) management and operation management (O&M).

Prior to joining sPower in 2020 Belikoff was Executive Vice President of EPC and O&M at Cypress Creek Renewables where he oversaw the financial turn-around of the division.

Before joining Cypress Creek Renewables Belikoff was Chief Operating of Strata Solar, LCC where he was responsible for Strata’s EPC and O&M divisions. During this time, he oversaw the installation of hundreds of projects totaling more than 1 gigawatt of solar energy. He also led Strata Solar’s O&M division to one of the largest and best regarded in the industry, establishing a third-party O&M capability and growth in the managed fleet of more than four times to1.8 gigawatts.

Prior to joining Strata Mr. Belikoff worked for First Solar as Vice President of Global Power Plant Engineering, in this role he oversaw EPC infrastructure systems that enabled nearly 900 megawatts of growth in four years. Earlier in his career he was Senior Vice President of the Mechanical, Electrical and Energy Division of a consulting architectural and engineering firm, Paulus, Sokolowski & Sartor.
