Ulf Johansson

Ulf Johansson is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service management, application ownership, and development. Currently serving as the Confluence and Jira application owner at SPP since April 2002, Ulf has also held roles such as Service Manager and has been involved in developing and configuring ITSM, development, and business projects. Previously, Ulf worked as a Cloud Process Engineer, focusing on incident, change, and problem management. Ulf's earlier experience includes positions such as IT Consultant at Cybercom and Software Developer Manager at Cycore, where Ulf managed a team of developers for a project with Alladessa AB. Ulf's foundation in IT was built during a decade-long tenure as a System Developer at Uppsala University.
