Sprack Ventures is a privately-managed single-family office based in India, operating at the intersection of capital, conviction, and change. We channel proprietary wealth into high-potential ideas, across sectors and asset classes, with a singular goal: long-term value creation.

Our investment model is adaptive and insight-led. We rotate capital across public markets, private credit, venture capital, real estate, and commodities, responding to market cycles rather than reacting to noise. Whether it’s bridging short-term funding gaps or backing visionary founders, we prioritize meaningful, risk-adjusted outcomes.

We operate without institutional constraints, no rigid mandates or red tape. Every decision is personal. Every bet is ours.

Sprack is led by Rohit Jain, a serial entrepreneur and investor with over two decades of experience navigating India’s fast-changing economic landscape. His sharp eye for opportunity, deep-rooted network, and hands-on approach give Sprack its edge.

With the agility of a startup and the foresight of a seasoned investor, we don't just allocate capital, we build enduring value.
