David Flores

David Flores has extensive experience in construction and project management, currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction at Spraggins Inc. since July 2021. Previously, David held various roles, including Senior Construction Project Manager and Construction Project Manager at the same company, and worked with Duos Technologies, Inc. as a Construction Project Manager from 2019 to 2021.
