Ben Hall

Ben Hall currently serves as the Director of Corporate Development at Sprague Operating Resources LLC since May 2024. Prior to this role, Ben spent seven years at Wayfair, where contributions included leading the Head of Physical Retail & Specialty Brand Availability and overseeing significant improvements in inventory planning and item-level availability strategies. Additional roles at Wayfair involved heading a global partner development team, managing North America partner support teams, and leading the business strategy for the Wall Art category. Ben's earlier experience includes management positions at Snowboard Jones and Ken Jones Ski Mart, focusing on retail and e-commerce development, as well as an educational background with a Master's Degree in Higher Education from Boston College and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science from Keene State College.
