Mark Brower

Mark Brower is currently a Quality Technician at Spray-Tek. Mark previously worked as a Plant Engineer at Country Delite Farms from September 2018 to November 2020, and was also the 2018 Organic Valley Fresh (OVF) Plant of the Year. As Plant Engineer, they provided leadership and direction for 8 mechanics concerning maintenance needs with significant focus on improving productivity while assuring highest levels of safety, quality, sanitation and regulatory compliance. Mark also personally maintained multiple systems at the facility, including the ammonia system, boilers, and control logic / PLCs. In addition, Brower coordinated from start to finish 19 capital projects totaling over 2.8 million dollars in under two years which included managing multiple contractors at multiple stages while meeting required weekly volume output.

Mark Brower holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech, and a Master of Engineering - MEng in Engineering Project Management from Old Dominion University.

They are on a team with Ruben Montalvo - Quality Technician, Peter Przywara - Quality Analyst, and Rosemary Palmer - Quality Technician. Mark Brower reports to Gary Wyscocki, Quality Manager (PA+NJ).
