Open is a process engineer at Spray-Tek. Open has also worked as a technical business manager at Symrise AG, where they were responsible for managing and supporting the North American Flavor division. In this role, they analyzed and transformed data, systems, and ways of working with a focus on process optimization, effectiveness, and profitability improvement. Open also supported the product development staff.
Since March 2021, they have had the added responsibility of overseeing the North American Flavor Division sample lab. In this role, they have helped improve workflow and hired administrative support to assist with receiving and processing 800-1000 sample order line items per month. Thanks to their efforts, the lab has been able to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations.
