Open is currently a Process Engineer (PA) at Spray-Tek. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Business Manager at Symrise AG from November 2006 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing and supporting the North American Flavor division by analyzing and transforming the data, systems and ways of working with a focus on process optimization, effectiveness and profitability improvement, supporting the product development staff.
Since March 2021, Open has also had the added overall responsibility of the North American Flavor Division sample lab that was responsible for liquid compounding, Reaction Flavors and spray dried flavors. In this role, they helped improve workflow and hired admin support to assist with receiving and processing between 800-1000 sample order line items a month to improve on our ability to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations.
Open has completed three certification courses from Udemy, in Access 2010 Introduction, Fundamentals of Business Analysis, and Introduction to Business Process Modeling.
