Tracy Zeek

Tracy Zeek has extensive experience in customer service and administrative support, currently holding the position of Sales Quality Assurance in Information Services at Spraying Systems Co. since November 2000, where responsibilities include providing end-user support for Sales-related WebERP programs and collaborating with programmers and analysts. Prior roles include Customer Service and Team Support Coordinator at Minuteman International, where duties encompassed order entry, processing returns, and assisting customers with product selection. Additional customer service experience was gained at United Chemi-Con and Globe Amerada Glass. Tracy Zeek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management from Rasmussen College and has attended DePaul University, along with obtaining a high school diploma from Willowbrook High School.
