Brad Broge

Brad Broge's work experience begins in 2010 at IBM, where they held various positions. From May 2010 to July 2012, they worked for WebSphere Application Server. From July 2012 to the present, they have been working on the IBM Pure Application System, specializing in bring up, install, and maintenance. This role requires traveling to customer sites.

In 2017, Broge joined Dude Solutions as a Software Engineer/Team lead. Brad performed full-stack development on the Asset Essentials product and took on squad leadership responsibilities. These responsibilities included coordinating with other squad leads, working with Product Managers to prioritize work, leading agile ceremonies, and providing technical leadership and code reviews.

Currently, Broge is a Senior Software Engineer at Spreedly, a position they started in May 2021.

Overall, Broge has accumulated experience in cross-cloud deployment solutions, NodeJS, Strongloop, and various software engineering roles.

Brad Broge obtained a Web Development Certificate of Completion from The Iron Yard in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Luther College, completing their studies from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Brad also holds a certification as a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I), which they obtained from Scrum.org in December 2021.
