Ken Nowell has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Ken started their career at Lamar Outdoor as an Account Executive, where they were responsible for sales and servicing of new and existing accounts. Ken then transitioned to Crosland as a Property Manager, and successfully managed properties for ten years. After that, they became a Property Manager at WRH Realty Services, Inc for a brief period. Ken also worked at O2 Fitness Clubs as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, specializing in assisting endurance athletes in achieving their goals. From there, they joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer as a Property Portfolio Manager, where they managed property portfolios for eight years. Ken then took on the role of Home Owners' Association Owner at Ken Nowell, Property Manager. Currently, Ken is working at Spreedly as both an Operations Manager and a Customer Success Manager. Overall, with their experience in sales, property management, and fitness training, Ken Nowell brings a well-rounded skill set to any organization they are a part of.

Ken Nowell obtained a B.A. in Psychology from William & Mary. Prior to that, they completed General Studies at Richard Bland College of William & Mary. Ken also earned a High School Diploma with a College Prep focus from Benedictine High School. In terms of additional certifications, Ken has achieved various qualifications, such as being a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) at different levels through SuccessHACKER. Ken has also obtained certifications in WordPress: Ecommerce, Learning REST APIs, Bystander Training: From Bystander to Upstander, Communicating Across Cultures, Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences, Skills for Inclusive Conversations, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Unconscious Bias, and CF-L1 through CrossFit, Inc.
