Jill Bena

Jill Bena is a seasoned professional in brand management and e-commerce, currently serving as the Director of Brand Management at Spreetail since January 2024. Previously, Jill held the position of Director of Online Merchandising and Data Integrity at Rush ReCommerce from September 2017 to August 2023, where notable achievements included developing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that significantly improved conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Prior to that, Jill worked at Hayneedle, Inc. for eight years, advancing from Brand Manager to Senior Merchandising Manager, playing a key role in strategic e-commerce initiatives that enhanced revenue and brand visibility. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communications from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
