Lacey Hoffman

Lacey Hoffman is an experienced operations leader, currently serving as Chief of Staff and Business Operations Lead at Spreetail since July 2021, where responsibilities include developing internal communication strategies and partnering with executive leadership. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Director at Sylvan Learning, managing educational sales and marketing for multiple centers. Roles at Sylvan also encompassed Center Director, overseeing daily operations and staff development. Earlier experience includes human resources administration at Nordstrom and management positions at The Children's Place, ANN INC., and maurices. Lacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
