Ray Goins

Ray Goins possesses extensive experience in operations and engineering management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering & Facilities for US Operations at Spreetail since September 2019, Ray has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Director of Fulfillment Operations for the East Region and Director of Continuous Improvement. Prior to Spreetail, Ray held the position of Senior Inventory Manager at UNFI for nearly a year and spent time at Chewy as a Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager. Ray's career began in operations management roles at Target and Family Dollar, alongside a foundational military career as a Supply Chain & Logistics Non-Commissioned Officer in the US Army, which spanned over a decade.
